There are two ways to find the serial number for your Loona robot:
1. On the underside of the box near the barcode you will find the serial number which is denoted by SN.
2. You can find the serial number in the Hello Loona app.
• Once you have connected Loona to the app click on your profile icon on the Home Screen.
• Select settings on the top left.
•Select Account to the left.
•Then select My Loona to the right.
You will then come to a screen displaying information associated with the Loona paired to the Hello Loona app. This information will include the serial number, first activation date and the Wi-Fi network your Loona is set up on.
