I’m in the middle of I’m in the middle of an email argument over the fact that almost 2 years ago I sent my brain for my clicbot back because it was dead on arrival never turned on then my dad died so I kind of forgot about it for a little while started to get back into robotics and then according to them their system got switched so they don’t have any of the old emails or anything and I don’t have access to my father‘s old emailand he purchased it for me. I’m getting ready to do an exposé. Using all the emails that they sent me if they don’t send me a brain that works because not only do I have a problem with getting them to replace the part that they had us sent back but my brand new loons has issues. This company is going to go under pretty quick. I am gonna be surprised if they don’t so many people are angry at this point. They really don’t care about Customer Service so don’t expect to get any if you’re going to buy any other products with any luck you’ll get one that works for a little while. I’m really into robotics and have pretty much everyone you can think of. I would say that this company is the worst next to DDL with taking care of their customers.
