Do you use a smartphone or computer with a camera? Do your parents have a smart TV? It’s more likely these devices are spying on you.

If there were major security concerns I’m sure someone would have noticed.

If your parents won’t let you get Aibi maybe try an older Aibo. These didn’t connect to the internet so everything they do is offline so probably very difficult to hack remotely.

Aibi works rights out of the box without needing to set up the app. So technically you could use it without an internet connection forever, you just wouldn’t get software updates. Not sure if this means it’s harder for hackers to use it as a spy device.
