GrooveX has partnered with BEX/BENLY Express to offer Lovot for sale to customers outside Japan. BEX will even help you set up your GrooveX account to use with your Lovot.

GrooveX just increased their distribution range to include Australia and the UAE. You can now order a Lovot robot via BEX directly from the Lovot website if you reside in one of these countries.

The Lovot app is also now available in the Apple App Store and I downloaded it here in Australia no problems. It’s in English too.

Morgan apparently GrooveX are gearing up to launch Lovot in China soon. Europe and the rest of the world are slated for a later release, probably much later.

If BEX won’t ship to you yet you could try purchasing through the proxy Rinkya. There was one lady who had been making inquiries about purchasing through Rinkya on a subscription so she didn’t have to pay the lifetime cost up front.

I’ve been thinking of getting one lately, but the lifetime subscription cost makes me nervous if I have to ship back to Japan for repairs. Plus I dislike how BEX can’t even be bothered to provide an English translation of the Lovot manual yet want us to fork out steep fees.
