I was lucky to get mine functioning again by holding down on the power button for 2 minutes. I had to try this multiple times before mine restarted and then finished the update automatically.
Otherwise if that doesn’t work try plugging Loona into power using the USB cable and pressing down on the power button for 2 minutes.
You could also let the battery drain and once Loona has powered off try charging using the USB cable and see if losing power caused her to reset.
