Try holding down on Loona’s power button for 2 minutes. You may have to try this multiple times. If that doesn’t work try plugging Loona into power using the USB cable and pressing down on the power button for 2 minutes. Otherwise let the battery drain and once Loona has powered off try charging using the USB cable and see if losing power caused her to reset.
