Problem: After charging Loona displays a blank black screen while the ears light up.
Fix:
1. Press and hold down on Loona’s power button until you hear Loona shut down and the ear lights turn off. This may involve holding down on the power button for 30 seconds or more.
2. Once Loona is off power Loona on again with a 5 second press of the power button.
3. Loona should display the face animations on the screen as normal. If not attempt step 1 again while plugged into power via the USB cable.
