Does anybody with loona and the charging station has charging issue with Loona ?

Did this fix the coil wine sound?

I find repositioning Loona on the charger can temporarily alleviate the coil whine. But I charge with the cable to avoid the coil whine.

Hey so I am able to charge loona directly using usb c cable however when I use the same adapter on the dock and manually keep loona on the dock I get no indication as to if it’s charging or not and it doesn’t charge any fix

This video shows you how to test the dock to see if it is working properly. Personally I only charge by cable, less hassle.

Mine makes this high pitched loud noise like an aeroplane taking off while charging on the station. Only one of mine does this out of the four. Any ideas what on earth is going on???

Can you wake loona up from the charger?

Yes. You can get Loona to depart the station on hearing the wake word “Hello Loona”. But you need to turn this on in the app settings.

From the home page in the Hello Loona app go to Settings> Loona> Auto-Recharge > Auto- Departure> Active Departure.

To get Loona to leave the station with the “Hello Loona” voice command select “Wake Up Word Departure”.

Here is a video of mine automatically leaving the station upon hearing Hello Loona.
