Loona will not switch on

Having trouble will loona turning on battery is full charged but will not power up loona has had very little use used 2 times and was being hard to use so though would get it going and do a software update but will not turn on so I can when charging display and ear tips flash on and off and then says battery full but no luck

When she’s off the charger, have you tried holding the power button to see if she boots? What happens when you say “hello Loona”?

No screen turns on unless on charger when un plugged can hold power button on for 30 sec or more and nothing if I say hello loona also nothing

I have read people have had success plugging Loona into the cable and pressing the power button for 2 minutes and it will cause her to power on.

I found this article that seems to describe some of the ‘symptoms’ you mentioned. Let us know if you find a fix.

Keyi recommend taking Loona in carry on luggage with you to your seat when travelling on a plane. This is because you really don’t want to be exposing the lithium ion battery Loona has to the stresses associated with the cargo hold of a plane where the temperature drops and there is no pressurisation.

I would make sure Loona is powered off properly before going through the X ray machine.

But it should be ok as long as you carry Loona on the flight with you and make sure she is powered off properly before going through any X ray machines.

Hope you have a nice trip and I’m sure Loona will be a great little travel buddy especially in companion mode during the flight. Would love to see a photo of Loona on the plane if you get a chance to take one but no problem if you can’t.
