Turn off Loonas voice commands completely

Hello, I have 2 KeyI loonas and they are quite fun but have one extremely annoying issue.

They will randomly activate the voice command when no one said “Hello Loona” and will not keep asking you to say your voice command again until you say it OR you pet loona.

If you pet Loona to get out of this cycle, she will go into follow mode which is annoying because most of the time she never leaves it unless you manually take her out of follow mode.

I never use the voice commands anyway, so turning it off would be no disadvantage.

P.S: I already turned off active listening.

Hooper was looking into this and can’t find a way to turn the voice commands off.

If they allowed us to mute Loona completely that might be a partial solution to this issue, but so far they haven’t made that an option.

Have you tried a full factory reset? Since you don't use voice commands anyway, that might clear the bug causing the false triggers. Check the app for a reset option or hold down any reset button on the robot itself.
