Can you provide a video or photo of the problem? I can forward it to my contact at Keyi.
My thoughts are as Loona is showcasing at CES this week a lot of people have purchased them and there is a current server overload.

I am trying the same, just got the loona robot I am not getting the verifications code too

Have you had any success yet? If you get Loona working properly after set up is complete and have time to share photos or videos of her funny antics I would be interested in seeing them. Hope you manage to get yours working soon and Loona puts a smile on your face as she does with me.
