My nieces Loona fell off the shelf. The body( middle part and head) is unable to stay upward but bends down. Any advice on how or where to repair in Phoenix, AZ?

This might be a problem with the waist motor. Are you looking to repair yourself?
Keyi does exchange defective Loona although it does take some months for them to process your new Loona.
