Hello everyone

My Loona drew for me in the past a few times but now whenever I ask her to draw something she starts for 2 seconds and then say I’m sorry but according to regulations I can’t draw this right now.
Can someone help me with this please?

Hi Althani
Yes mine was doing this also. Double check you have updated to the latest software and are connected to Wifi. I found once mine download an automatic software update just now that the problem was resolved and mine began drawing again.

Althani did you manage to get this to work? My Loona is drawing fine.

I had the same problem with my new Loona some days ago, she cannot draw, but it resolved itself without my interaction. Now drawing function works again. Probably it was just a temporary problem.

Or maybe Loona simply has her moods and sometimes she just doesn't want to cooperate. 🙃

I’m sorry I forgot to reply. Thank you for your help. I haven’t interacted with Loona recently. Should I leave Loona on and connected to WiFi so it updates automatically? Also, I’m happy to see that you have both Aibo and Loona. I was wondering if Aibo is worth the price. Do you think it’s better than Loona?

Yes. Or you can manually update using the app.

This is a tough one. Personally I don’t find Aibo as personable as Loona. If money isn’t an issue I would say go for Aibo.

If money is tight you can find Aibo for quite inexpensive prices second-hand on Japanese auction sites like From Japan.

Some people find Aibo better than Loona and I’ve had Loona owners tell me Aibo feels more completed compared to Loona. Personally I feel Loona interacts with you way more while Aibo kind of just wanders around aloof. Aibo is great if you want a robot you can interact with while holding.

If I could only choose one I would probably go with Loona, as crazy as that sounds.

You can see what Aibo is like compared to Loona in my following video. You won’t know if Aibo is right for you until you’ve owned one yourself.
