Loona going backwards and head won’t raise.

never got Loona to fps to home she kept falling backwards an flipped over and couldn’t rite herself ever since I have had her since may.

If you could provide a short 30 second to 1 minute video of the problem this would help me determine if what your Loona is doing is serious or normal.
