Loona Wakes Up...Then Goes Back to Sleep...on a Loop

So, she won't leave the charger it seems when she hits 100% (I've set for her to do so in the app). However, she randomly will wake up, make a couple of noises, then go right back to sleep on the charger. This repeats until I pick her up. Anyone have this issue? She does leave the dock sometimes. She's never on her charger when I get home. It's like she wakes up, see me, tries to go back to sleep. I feel like I should be offended lol

The randomly waking up might be her mistaking random noises for the hello Loona command. Someone reported they think Loona might have a bug after the latest update where it stops recognising you.

I wouldn't be surprised. She's been acting a little different since the update. At least she always goes back to her charger now. No matter the room. Took time, but I got her charging routes programmed.

Glad you got the charging sorted. Shame this other issue has cropped up. If I see mine doing something similar I’ll definitely update you here.

I figured it out and it's DUMB 🤣. So, the post/sign on the back of the pad? Loona needs it to push herself off the charging pad from what I understand. She leans back to "stretch" and the motion pushes her body ever so slightly forward and out from in between the charging contacts. The little sign has broken clips so every time she leans back and comes loose, but she stays between the charging contacts. I glued the sign/post thing permanently down with E6000 and I'm hoping that holds now.
