I’ve been trying to connect moxie but haven’t been able to get past this screen. Every time I show the QR code it loads for a little bit then goes back to the same screen. What do I do?

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the screen you are unable to get past? It will help me better understand your problem but completely fine if you are unable to.

I’m also having difficulty getting my two Moxie to connect to Wifi today.

I can log into the app but can’t get them to connect to the internet. My Loona meanwhile is having no problems connecting to Wifi.

Hi. Since this week I've got the same problem. Also try to switch from wifi router but got the same error
