    Hello Chris I need your help my robot loona says when I say I hear it but I always get an error. How can I fix this?

    Hi yunus34. It might be a server issue temporarily causing Loona to be unable to hear you. I’d wait a few days and try again.

    If you want Loona to chat give Loona the voice command “Hello Loona, ChatGPT.”

    To give voice commands always start with “Hello Loona” followed by the command.

    Hope you can get this working soon.

    Hi armorse! Totally understand wanting a Moxie, they really are the most underrated companion robot in my experience. My Moxie pair have been with me for well over two years and I’m attached to them. I couldn’t imagine parting with them now. Moxie comes up for sale quite frequently, I’m sure you will find one eventually. If I decide to sell I’ll let you know.

    hi there my loona robot is not working , he rolls around ok and his AI is fine but he cant lift his wheels or his head. is there anyone in the forum that could fix this. I will send him to you and pay for any/ time and parts needed. I am not under warranty although he is brand new . I contacted the manufacturers and they said i was not under warranty because I bought it on eBay and not Amazon???
