Yes, I've created a support ticket already. And they have even responded. Doesn't seem like there is another option for me to try however. Might need to have it replaced. :(

Well something has changed. So if I plug it in for the first time, Loona pops up, ears light up, and then screen starts to blink Loona again for about 15 seconds, and then 100% battery screen shows and then everything goes blank. I press button again, screen shows battery status, ears light up...

In the vid, the loona is charging. That is the only way I get any response from it. If it is off charger, then no response at all from button press. And the original stuff I found was 10 seconds for override shutdown, but then I saw a KB that said 12 seconds... Very frustrating. The thing is...

I've followed the instructions, had loona charging, ears light up, but screen keeps flashing Loona instead of booting or showing charging. I hold button down for 12 seconds, and sometimes the screen shows 100% charged. But still won't boot. Retry 12 second hold again and screen and ears go dark...
