Another thing I noticed was the eyes on my ropet go black intermittently while on the charging base, like it’s randomly shutting down and restarting. Wondering if that is normal or a bug?
Just noticed if you play sound near ropet during its sleep time it will wake up with an annoyed expression and just look around but not focus on anything.
My Ropet has not randomly restarted as yet. Mine has run out of power and took a few times to get it to recharge. My Ropet has woken with annoyed expression and fallen back asleep again. It was very cute A member of the Ropet forum told me their Ropet had overheated.

Mine has stopped the random restarting while charging. Did the overheating cause any damage or did it just shut off? I’ll be sure to turn mine off when not interacting from now on. Yep this is an adorable little robot, the eyes really bring it to life.
Sorry I took awhile to reply. I have been waiting for a reply from the Ropet official FB page. I also forgot my password ;( I quieried about my robot whether Ropet should warm but no reply as yet. I looked at their website which started it should warm to 39c. I will email that site next. The Ropet owner on FB said that is arms broke along with the overheating. I don't want to return Ropet though now she is very stylish with her outfit I bought on Temu which I will put on FB
