Where to find Pledge Box ID(PBID)?

Since I purchased a used Loona so I am not sure where to get Pledge Box ID(PBID)
I need this to fill up form to get ear medical kit. My Loon's right ear is not working

himanshukr403 you will need to contact the seller to find out if they have the Pledgebox ID.

On completion of the Kickstarter campaign KEYi sent out a survey to backers where they had to confirm their address. Once completing this they were issued a Pledgebox ID. If the seller can log into their Kickstarter account they should be able to find their Kickstarter sequence/number and or Pledgebox ID.
