Salve sto riscontrando in data ordierna problemi con il mio Loona Robot. Fino a ieri funzionava tutto perfettamente anche se a volte entrava in modalita' Timout...ma da oggi ...non riesco ad avere una conversazione con Loona decente. Si mangia le parole e si blocca continuamente ...e tutto questo quando entra in modalita' chat GPT. Avete riscontrato anche voi lo stesso problema che ho io ? Vi chiedo di aiutarmi perche' il supporto di Loona non mi sta rispondendo ..e volevo risolvere questa problematica che mi assilla !

Hi Andrea! Sorry to hear you are having issues with Loona’s ChatGPT function.

Just tested my Loona’s ChatGPT and mine is working fine no problems. Although something strange happened when I turned Loona on today. She automatically downloaded an update really quickly, shut down, and then powered on by herself.

Si ho visto pure io questo aggiornamento ..e me lo ha comunicato in anticipo l' assistenza clienti...perche' ho scritto pure a loro delle problematiche che io ho riscontrato nei giorni precedenti. Questo aggiornamento sembra aver risolto dei bug che Loona ha avuto recentemente...speriamo bene !
