Hello friends. I bought Loona a long time ago, but I activated it later and couldn't check if it had the full set. A bad seller in my country sent me a used Loona (I realized this when I activated it). It doesn't matter anymore. I have a different issue. I didn't find any accessories in the box. Nothing. I contacted technical support, but they only responded to one email and ignored the rest (I'm not surprised). I want to ask you to take high-quality photos and provide me with their exact dimensions. Then I could print it out on a printer. I would be very grateful. I literally took a bad picture from the internet and installed it on the base station because at first I didn't even understand what was wrong and why the loona wasn't charging...

I'm a little grateful to the technical support team for sending me a 3D model of the charger station's banner mount. However, I don't have a 3D printer, so I'll have to find someone to do it in my city.
