This looks a lot like the Japanese brand Lovot, especially in terms of color rendering (CMF). Won't users question it? Or are people only concerned about its visual presentation? I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts.

By the way, how much does it cost?

No price has been announced yet. They will be releasing it on Kickstarter. But there is a page on their website listing them for US$50,000.

Agree the similarities to Lovot make me uncomfortable. But as GrooveX won’t make Lovot easily available outside of Japan at the affordable subscription cost like they do in Japan; I think consumers will take any alternative if the price is reasonable and the company will sell directly to them without the hassles associated with region locked robots from Japan.
