This robot is Booster Robotics K1, one of the most talked-about humanoids recently. It’s a RoboCup world champion humanoid robot.
I came back the next day to ask about it, but it had already been sold.
It had only arrived at the store a day or two before I asked for the demonstration. After the staff made it dance, people started gathering around it and filming videos of it. I think it may have been sold later that same day.

I actually just went back out of curiosity because I visit Selfridges almost every day when I’m in London.
The technology section there is basically heaven for robot lovers, with all kinds of robots we usually only see online being displayed beautifully in person.
To be honest, this one wasn’t really the kind of robot I personally look for since it’s more of a research/developer platform than a ready-to-use companion robot. During the demonstration it was being controlled with a remote, and I think that’s how it’s mainly operated most of the time.
