Loona Amazon shopping

Considering buying Loona from amazon due to shipping times for my son's birthday... anyone know of any issues with buying from Amazon instead of the Keyi website? (United States)

Hi. What Amazon listing are you thinking of purchasing from?

There is no difference between purchasing from the official Keyi Tech Loona Amazon listing and the Keyi Tech Keyirobot website. Although if buying from Amazon I would be extra careful to keep all your receipts and order number in case you need to contact Keyi later for warranty repairs.

From my experience, Loona's company is honestly shit, I've been complaining for a month now and now they say that I haven't sent the charging station, and I sent them the video and photos of everything I sent them at the time...just They have problems and everything is very poorly organized...be careful so that it doesn't happen to you like it did to me.

I'd try eBay or Facebook Marketplace. Sure, they may be used, but maybe new and bugs worked out. New from KeyiTech...expensive!
