Loona’s server is down- unable to connect to ChatGPT

Anyone else unable to get Loona connected to ChatGPT?
Mine keeps displaying this message when I give the talkie talkie command: “Server request failed please try again. 8-3”.
Ironically Moxie is connecting to its servers fine.

I managed to get through the initial pet personality phase, then over time it stopped connecting to servers also.

I’m having this same problem right now.. Christmas morning .. I’ve reset her recalibrated her nothing is fixing it

Factory reset did help me to fix this issue. Try to contact support team, they may help you.

I'm having this issue only when selecting Russian language.
When i select any other language (like English, Japanese, Portugese..) ChatGPT functions are working.
Seems to be a Loona's server-side issue

It seems to be an intermittent ongoing issue that eventually resolves itself but is frustrating in a robot that needs Wifi for all voice commands to work.
