I came across this AI Buddy toy today. According to the packaging, it features an integrated AI system with ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Doubao. It claims to offer real-time Q&A, multilingual conversations, multiple character roles, memory for past discussions, trainable interactions, and animated LED eyes.


What I found most surprising is how prominently these famous AI models are displayed right on the box. Usually, toys simply say “AI-powered,” but seeing the names ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Doubao printed together on the front of a children’s toy is something I don’t think I’ve ever seen before.

That’s a good question, Chris. I did a quick search and couldn’t find any evidence of an official collaboration. My guess is that the toy may simply be using or advertising support for multiple AI models, but it was still surprising to see all four names displayed so prominently on the box.
