We spoke with S, who joined GROOVE X in February and shared their story of joining the LOVOT world.

S, who was a shy student, found the courage to start working at an izakaya (Japanese gastropub) as a part-time job. This experience sparked their interest in customer service.

"I was drawn to the friendly staff and thought it would be a great way to overcome my shyness. But when I started working, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed interacting with customers."

After graduating, S pursued a career in sales, starting with a shoe store. They were inspired by the friendly staff and the way they connected with customers.

As a sales staff member, S worked their way up to becoming a store manager. They learned the importance of building relationships with customers and staff members.

One memorable experience was with a customer who was struggling with foot pain. S listened to their concerns and recommended a pair of shoes and insoles, which greatly improved the customer's comfort. The customer even introduced their daughter to S.

After 14 years at the shoe store, S felt a sense of stagnation and began considering a career change. They were also searching for a system that would allow them to care for their family.
