Delay in delivery of Loona

Hi Keyi Tech Team and Fellow Loona Owners,

I’m reaching out here to share my experience and seek some assistance regarding the delivery of my Loona Premium (PETBOT). I placed my order, which included the bot and two accessories (Enchanted Dreams and Bullish Charm). The accessories were successfully delivered to my home in Melbourne, Australia, but the Loona Premium (Tracking Number: YT2432321266102588) has been stuck in transit.


According to the tracking status, the bot "departed from the sort facility in Mainland China" on 2024-11-21 at 08:35 AM, but there has been no update since then. I’ve sent multiple emails to Keyitech support, and while I initially received a response from Ruby, my follow-ups have gone unanswered.

This is especially frustrating as Loona is one of the most expensive bots I’ve ever purchased, and my little one keeps asking every day if it has arrived. The lack of communication and delay is causing me to worry, not just about the delivery but also about the support I might receive after Loona finally arrives.

I trust in the quality and reputation of Keyi Tech, which is why I chose to invest in Loona. Could someone from the team please look into this and provide an update on the shipment? If anyone else has faced a similar issue, I’d appreciate any advice or insights.

What date did you order your Loona? Wonder if it’s shipping by air or on a slow ship from China?
