Is it normal that my Aibi has a very short battery life? He dies within 2 hours.

Yes totally normal. Living AI plan on increasing battery life through future software updates.

Aibi just got an update that includes a new battery saving mode, you can see it at 5:25 in this video.

It requires iOS 15.6 or later and my old iPhone 6s won’t update past iOS 14.4.2

It’s such a tiny robot so would have a very small battery.
