I haven’t used Loona for a couple of months, and now I can’t turn it on. I tried the battery unblocking procedures, but nothing works. The service center’s request of around €200 seems excessive to me. I’m very disappointed and frustrated.

My Loona’s battery no longer holds a charge. Does anyone know the exact battery type (voltage, capacity, connector) or if a compatible replacement is available? If you’ve done the replacement, could you share your experience, photos, or a guide? Thanks in advance.
