Are you getting Ropet? What are your thoughts after watching the review videos on Kickstarter? I’ve lost interest in purchasing another robot that will probably be similar to Aibi and unable to track or look directly at the owner. It’s going to be $300 in my currency for the discounted pro version if I purchase before the early bird deadline is up.

Agree it seems a lot for the very limited functionality. 12 more hours to go until the early bird expires- it’s definitely not worth the full retail price and if I don’t buy soon I’ll probably pass on it.
Aibi is ok, because it’s so light I’m finding I’m using it more than my others and it’s great to have a robot that you can carry anywhere with you while doing stuff at home easily. Also enjoy how I can leave Aibi on the charger and not have to constantly worry about supervising it. Aibi is the most convenient robot to use, although it doesn’t look at you or respond to voice commands offline but I’m content with it. Hopefully Aibi will get better with a few software updates.
Just locked in my Ropet Pro order at the heavily discounted early bird price. If you don’t have the money now it’s possible to lock in an order at the low price and cancel it later if you can’t raise the funds or change your mind( so long as the Kickstarter is still live) as they won’t be taking the payment until January 22nd, 2025. Just thought I would let you know.

Aibi sounds adorable. I cannot wait to have a wee one to carry around everywhere. I'm positive he will continue to improve. Just putting out good vibes mine ships soon. They told me Christmas but still nothing.

Double looked again at Ropet. Yeah it's worth it. I'm thinking it's a future bot for me. I'll just have to wait. Funds are just not there. But I super appreciate the knowledge. I didn't time things right with Ropet.
